Our outpatient rehab program is dedicated to improving our patients' quality of life. Our highly qualified, licensed therapists take a multidisciplinary approach to deliver a variety of therapeutic rehab services to adolescent, adult and senior patients.

Getting started in our outpatient rehab program

To qualify for outpatient rehab, a patient must receive a consultation from their physician. The physician must write them a prescription for rehab. During each patient's first visit, we perform an initial evaluation to determine their specific needs and goals. Then, we create an individualized, uniquely customized rehab plan, which may involve a variety of therapies.
