Alexander Rose, MD
Alexander Rose, M.D. specializes in both general and acute care surgery, including advanced laparascopy and surgical services needing a qualified trauma surgeon.
Dr. Rose received his medical degree from Wayne State University School of Medicine and completed his residency at Wayne State University/Detroit Medical Center. His advanced training included a fellowship in Surgical Critical Care at University of Florida/Shands Jacksonville.
He is Board Certified by the American Board of Surgery. He is an associate fellow of the American College of Surgeons and member of the American Medical Association.
Dr. Rose has a special interest in minimally invasive surgery as well as chest wall reconstruction, abdominal surgery, hernia surgery, surgical oncology, endoscopy, and surgery of the thyroid and parathyroid.
