Northeast Florida Center for Wound Care
The Northeast Florida Center for Wound Care is a unique health service dedicated to caring for people with chronic, non-healing wounds. The center offers an outpatient program that brings together a team of experienced physicians and nurses with knowledge in all areas of wound management.
Located on campus at 1895 Kingsley Ave., Suite 200, the Northeast Florida Center for Wound Care provides a thorough, diagnostic appraisal of wounds and patient follow-up in a specially designed care management program.
