Dr. Lucas Anissian and Dr. Julie Barré Join First Coast Orthopedics

Orange Park, FL – Orange Park Medical Center is pleased to announce that Lucas Anissian, M.D. and Julie Barré, M.D. have recently joined First Coast Orthopedics located in Orange Park. The First Coast Orthopedics medical staff includes Albert Henry, M.D., Ulises Militano, M.D. and Erin Laipply, PA-C. In addition to providing a broad range of orthopedic care on an appointment and elective surgical basis, Dr. Anissian and Dr. Barré will participate as integral members of Orange Park Medical Center’s Provisional Level II Trauma Center, addressing orthopedic-related trauma.
Dr. Anissian is fellowship trained and received his Doctor of Medicine from Gothenburg University in Sweden. He completed his residency at Karolinska University in Sweden and a fellowship at State University of New York-Buffalo & Illinois Bone & Joint Institute Chicago. He is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He specializes in Traumatic, Post-Traumatic and Adult Reconstruction Surgery.
Dr. Barré is fellowship trained. Dr. Barré received her Doctor of Medicine from Florida State University College of Medicine. She completed her orthopedic surgery residency at the Medical College of Georgia and a fellowship at The Hughston Clinic. Her specialties include arthroscopic surgery and sports medicine as well as shoulder surgery and general orthopedics.
“Our areas of specialization will enable additional members of the community to remain in Clay County for their orthopedic needs that may include fractures and traumatic injuries, joint replacements, sports medicine or treatment for degenerative diseases,” says Dr. Anissian.
